1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sika Flows, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Sika Flows provides a payment terminal platform that allows merchants to create custom payment links, collect data, and receive payments via third-party gateways (Paystack).

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business registration and KYC details.
• Ensuring the legality of the goods or services you sell.
• Maintaining the security of your account and 6-digit Settlement PIN.
• Fulfilling orders and providing support to your customers.

4. Fees and Settlements

Processing fees are determined by your chosen plan. Merchants may use the "Fee Bearer Toggle" to decide whether the merchant or the customer bears the transaction fee. Settlements are typically processed on the next business day.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Sika Flows for any illegal transactions, fraud, money laundering, or to sell prohibited items as defined by Ghanaian law and Paystack's acceptable use policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sika Flows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
